- Services: interior design consultation, 3D design, fabrication, execution, finishing and allied services as described under our Services pages.
- Products: RKWS UV Marble Self Adhesive Rolls and home décor items sold through our online Shop.
3. Pricing & Quotes
All interior design project pricing displayed on this site — including the Economy, Premium and Luxury tiers — is indicative only and subject to a final written quote issued after a site visit and finalisation of scope, materials and specifications. Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
Each interior design project is governed by a separate written agreement or quote signed between you and MyHomeDesigner, which prevails over any general information on this website.
4. Payment Terms
- Services: advance / booking amounts are as separately communicated in your project quote or agreement. Milestone payments follow the agreed schedule.
- Products: full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, designs, layouts, 3D renders, the RKWS catalogue and the MyHomeDesigner brand — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable Indian and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially use any content without our prior written permission.
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current contact and project information.
- Use the site lawfully and not for any fraudulent, harmful or infringing purpose.
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the site.
7. Warranty
Where noted on service pages, our in-house workmanship carries a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing and installation defects under normal use. Third-party product warranties are as provided by their respective manufacturers. Damage due to misuse, unauthorised modification, water, pests or force majeure is not covered.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHomeDesigner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for delays or failures caused by force majeure, third-party material availability, courier issues or other events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhagalpur, Bihar.
10. Promotional Offers
Any promotional discount advertised on this website — including the "Flat 20% Off" offer — applies specifically to our 2D and 3D interior design services, and is subject to project scope and the terms discussed during consultation. MyHomeDesigner reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
