This policy explains how we ship and deliver products purchased through our Shop, and how material logistics are handled for interior design projects.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently serve Bhagalpur and nearby districts (Banka, Munger, Sahibganj) directly for both interior design projects and product orders. For RKWS UV Marble Self Adhesive Roll orders, we can arrange wider India shipping where feasible — please contact us before placing bulk or long-distance orders so we can confirm logistics and charges.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation and payment.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Local (Bhagalpur & nearby): 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Other regions in India: 7–12 business days from dispatch, depending on courier and destination.
Timelines are indicative and may change based on courier operations, remote pin codes or seasonal load.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (where applicable) are calculated at checkout, or communicated directly for custom, heavy or bulk orders. Free or reduced shipping may be offered on select promotions.
5. Risk of Loss & Damage in Transit
The risk of loss or damage in transit remains with us until delivery is confirmed. Please inspect the package on arrival and report any visible damage to the courier and to us immediately — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the 48-hour damage reporting window.
6. Delays Beyond Our Control
Delays caused by courier issues, weather, road closures, strikes or other force majeure events are outside our control. We will keep you updated and work with our logistics partners to resolve them as quickly as possible.
7. Interior Design Project Materials
For interior design services (not direct Shop purchases), procurement, transport and delivery of project materials are coordinated as part of the project timeline and included in the project quote. These logistics are managed separately from this Shipping Policy.
